This guy Samrat, personally I've never heard of him, but from what I gather off of the interview, is a complete idiot. First of all he clearly lacks the knowledge about what is causing the problem, and that is evident through the fact that he was stating something and giving PBS's reporter credit for that information. He was using their reporter as a source of reference. I don't know if you folks noticed it, but his answers were way too long and he never really answered the question coherently or answered it at all. How the heck did they find this clown out of all the people that they could have selected. His articulation was poor, and he kept cutting the interviewer off.
