Samir28 dude The word 'secular' is always tied to the word religion....what the hell are you talking about.. ? 'Secular' simply means not endorsing any particular religion. For example, the US and Canada are secular nations. For the sake of fairness ,the constitution and it's laws, a secular country does not endorse any religion or parctices of any religion.
