~ In my opinion, nobody knows clearly about the constituent assembly (CA) even leaders of SPA and maoist and they never tried to make it clear to people. So, now it will be fun to watch how they will proceed on this agenda. As far as I understand, it is not a referendum and it is something like a general election in which people can choose the persons who will write the new constitution. But I tried to figure out about the history of CA in the world, I surprised that none of the country in the world had CA. Cheers,
