The reason Girija became became PM again is he still has some command as a leader and he can work with people no matter how corrupt he is. If you had that much of skill, you wouldn't be sajhaiter here. Right now, Girija became the person who held talks with all the parties including Maoists. He proposed the solution for the crisis and he got elected unanimously among his levels. Isn't that his qualification? Having said that, I am not a Girija fan and I blame him for the problem country is facing right now. Actually, the country took downward mobility since he declared election in 1994. Still, think again who else is there who can be acceptable as PM to everyone including Maoists? Didn't Prachanda say that he will accept Girija as PM in BBC interview? Those people become politician who know how to manipulate others but comparing to Shah dynasty none of the leaders of Nepal have been as bad. I am not trying forgive for the leaders corruption but the comparison should be just. One way blaming is not going to help anyone. It was during Deuba (I don't like him) period when CIAA was being active and the country would have seen different direction if the Gyane had not hijacked the democracy. It's the system that has to be built which works. Don't look at the leaders. They were many corrupt ones in the past and many corrupt ones will come in the future but if the system setup right nobody can get away with it. This fact can be proved looking at India too. How corrupt people are there? Still, why that country is making progress. Think about it.
