Well...during the Panchayat system, when the Nepalese people were fighting for democracy, the Nepalese Panchayat government ordered the capture of a few Nepali Congress leaders. It was at that time when Girija Prasad Koirala, along with other Nepali Congress leaders, hijacked an airplane and landed it in Patna, Bihar. This incident further encouraged the Panchayat government to label the so-called "freedom fighters" as "terrorists". If you have a hard time trusting what I say, you are more than happily suggested to ask someone with an in-depth knowledge of the Nepali revolution against the Panchayat system.
