"in democracy, representing the masses is more imortant than having degrees" , first up all ..........My topic was about grooming the leaders........ may take 10 years and we want to prepare them for future like they have prepared Hu jintao in china......... why is any body illerate.............. ? answer is simple .....they are not priviledged.......... and I agree some body should represent their masses too........we have jai prakash yadav, bijay kumar ghachaydar, golche sarki, salim miya ansari........long list.......... on well..................did these guys remembered the pain that they suffered after getting a power...............there should be representive from all kind of masses for democracy to succeed.....but policy maker need to have a vision.......... and belive me or not education gives the best way to get vision........zalim you are right................. there are lots of stupid educated leaders...thus education should not be the only criteria........... but shoud be the minimum.............................every community ..........any ..........i bet they have atleast one educated able person to be a leader............at least one .........but we need to find him
