Unless people's demand is addressed, nothing will be achieved by reinstatement of parliament. so, the King must clearly agree on election of unconditional constituent assembly before they attend the meeting of the parliament. Maoists should also declare the cease fire or at least postpone such activities immediately so that the king gets convinced on SPA's roadmap and agrees to do so. lets' hope that it will be a different parliament, one that has enough power to decide its own unlike any other parliament sessions in the past.
