Now that the Parliament has been reinstated, would this Parliament be able to curtail the spendings of the palace? The Parliament has to be strong enough to be able to tell the King that he cannot be taking millions of dollars every year from the Nepali people's tax money. That is the first thing this Parliament has to do.
