if the parliament is restored, shere will be pm, cos that was the situation then. of course, greedy and weak shere allowed himself to be manipulated when he dissolved the parliament (thanks to royal "suggestions"), making it much more convenient for Gyan to evoke that fateful clause, as unjust as it was. reinstating shere also solves the basic problem of obtaining concensus on who to make PM. and we know how stubborn these old farts can get... so i guess its ok if shere heads the parliament whose sole purpose is to oversee elections and administration of a new referendum. but then again, given that shere is such a spineless weaking, who can be easily manipulated by the palace, i have my doubts if he is the right man for the job.
