FYI, the roadmap also supported by the Maoists contains these things: reinstatement of parliament, a new government of the political parties, dialogue with the Maoists/a roundtable, and election to the constituent assembly to draft a new constitution. The new constitution should decide the role of the monarch and the armed forces. But civil soceity and media should be vigilant because otherwise you never know when these same netas will forget their pledge and when Gyane may start another take over!!
