Hark_bahadur Maoist movement has roots in the socially, politically and economically unjust and unfair Nepali society itself. Democracy is not simply about freedom or expression, freedom to vote for some Netaa and freedom to put out some julus. Democracy is about building a fair and just society. The Maoists are the fruits of politically, socially and economically unfair and unjust society. If people can uproot social, political and economic unjustices and unfairness in the Nepali society...the Maoist will have very little chance to surface as some terrible monster.
