Haku, that's what I am also saying. One of the demands of SPA is revival of Parliament. Which is IMPOSSIBLE. Deuba dismantled it, the elected PM by MPs at that time. Even Supreme Court could not revive the Parliament then. So This shoudlnot be a demand at all. It's not the King who can say , OK Parliament is not again REVIVED. The best course would be, as Haku is mentioning, SPA should take up the PM position, and the newly formed govt shoudl send memo to King that Parliament MUST BE REVIVED. King won't say No. I think our Nationality si more in Danger than anything at this moment. I am sure Nepalese do not want to be like poele in Bhutan. About displacing King, it's not going to happen. Among all this, do not forget the possibility of MILITARY RULE in Nepal.
