He did not give the executive power back as a Naso. Naso means something somebody gives you to protect for some time but he himselfgrabbed the executive power himself. NASO my AS.......... He says he believes in constitutional monarchy and multi-party democracy. Well it's too late Gyne, "We do not believe in ANY FORM OF MONARCHY, we just believe in multi-party democracy, The New People's Republic of Nepal with freedom and opportunity for all. We believe in freedom with responsibility . Therefore, we must continue our struggle until Gyne gives in completely and agres to live like a n ordinary c itizen like all of us.
