BUT WE CAN ALSO DO HONEST AND CLEAR DEVELOPMENT WITH THIS OFFER: SPA must follow the ASPIRATION of the people's movement and respect the RECOMMENDATIONS of the members of Civil Society, human rights leaders who are in the jail. This means REINSTATE OF THE DISOLVED PARLIAMENT and formation of ALL PARTY INTRIM GOVERNMENT including Maoists. Then proceed for the election of the Constituent Assembly. HERE ALL POLITICAL PARTY MEANS PARTIES WHO PARTICIPATED IN THE PEOPLE'S MOVEMENT, MEMBERS OF CIVIL SOCIETY, HUMAN RIGHTS LEADER AND THE MAOISTS. The Priminister they choose must vow to accomblish the recommendation of the Civil Society and the aspiration of people's movement. Otherwise, under any influence of Gyane hidden or open will be another dishauster of Nepali people. Party must not trust Gyane and his advisers - Tuchha Giri especially.
