I have been talking to my family back there, according to them there are JULUSh at Kalanki, Kiritipur, Naikap. There are also julus at Maitidevi, Baneshwor. People already started to defy the corfew. There is a rumor that there will be something by the evening. One of the cabinet ministers cancelled his visit to Dhaka, that may be one of the reasons behind this rumor. Please share your updates.
