The only reason Chor Gyane released this small Chor Makune is perhaps the arrival of Indian high level envoy. As you see, he would have gone Kakani to see Makune, if the later was not released. Gyane probably thought better to release Makune citing the possibility that the envoy will make the propoganda on detention of senior political leaders, after his return to Delhi.
