Because he had a really bad gas situation..his fart smelt so bad that whole of kakani stinked,so home minister said "that's it set him free and bring him back to kathmandu,we will save tear gas for next time",tear gas will not be used now onwards in areas like koteshowr and surroundings thanks to makune's shit..folks i am saying this because i have seen his residence in koteshowr and whole of the area stinks like shit..there's a river nearby his house and close source said that his septic tank is directly connected to it hence, polluting the whole of kathmandu....
