The best soulution would be to ecourage the US, India, China and the European countries to send a huge amount of military aid to Nepal (arms and ammo) and at the same time ecourage the Maoists to smuggle more arms and ammo to Nepal. Ecourage both the Maoists and the RNA to recruit more fighting men into thier forces either voluntairily or forcefully. Have a clossal all out battle between RNA and the Maoists and whip out all those so called 7 parties. Who ever wins in the end will take it all.
