How long has the KIng ruled??????? Gyane hasn't ruled long but he is determined to end the monarchy of 250+ years. The monarchy is more than 250 years old but parties had hardly 25 years of exercise ( 1950-1960 and 1990-2005). So, on the basis of reign, who is responsible for the poverty and backwardness of Nepal? How did the maoist start?????.......... Perhaps you are trying to say that maoist came up during the period of the parties but this is wrong. The Shah dynasty feudalism is responsible for commnuist uprising in Nepal. how long has the maoist rebelling???? under whose corruption did the it all start?? Again, the cause of maoist rebelling is due to feudalism, corruption and exploitation of the people that has roots to the monarchy of Nepal. Its the king and royalist who promoted maosits activities in order to prove that Democracy is failure in Nepal. I have a solid evidence to prove it. During the premiership of Girija, army had surrounded the topmost maoist leaders in Holeri of Syangja and Girija ordered the army to take action against them but army commander shook hand with the maoist leader and let them go. Why? where was this King then??? Don't ask a question like where I was before I was born? Most probably, this present king was masterminding the plot of massacre. Don't ask again, whose massacre why are the parties who named the maos terrorists joining hands??? At that time, it was right to label them as terrorists but now they have come through a lot of transformation. They are ready to keep their army under the supervision of UN or any itnernational organization. They are ready to paticipate in multiparty democracy. In fact, they are looking for ground for safelanding. Secondly, its the king who compelled parties to join hands with the maoists because the king tried to sideline the parties. The king's government arrests the party leaders. Madhav Kumar Nepal and many others are in jail or underground. Then, why should the parties follow the king any longer? Why hasnt the KING fulfilled his duties yet and who is stopping him?? You better know why your king has failed to fulfill his duties. He is a total failure. Who is stopping him? Nobody and nothing else than his own ego and arrogance has stopped him. His thirst of becoming Lord Bishnu. His thirst of power. Who stirs up the peacefull crowd..making the security react back ???? The prohibitory orders, the baton charges, the curfew stirs up the peaceful crowd. There are reports that police and armymen have penetrated into the mass with stones, grinades and even guns and encouraging the protestors to be violent.
