Thanks Kalp for this news. I support any attempt by Nepal to counter Indian moves. We are not strong economically but there should be other ways by which we can prove to be a threat to India. We should start discussing about allowing Chinese and Pakistani intelligence to operate freely in Nepal. I am not saying it must be done but if there are enough reasons to make India backtrack, we should think about it.
