i do agree with u partially.There are two kind of terrorism in nepal.First one- Maoist led by Prachandra the second one - RNA led by Gyanendra.What about we file the petition in UN also not to Include RNA in any kind of UN activities because they are terrorizing Nepaali people.So,my friend time for both the petitions.
