Thanks for your reply. I don't think that the demonstration on Feb 2 is necessarily a "demonstration". I think that is just some party-hired people coming down in the street on the direction of those leaders who found out sudden that their power is gone all of a sudden. You did bring an interesting point about learning vs. knowing. My thought on it is that learning usually takes longer time. It is not a bad idea at all. But when we have some precedent, like in democratic norms we do, we can "know" about democratic norms by educating each other in fairly short amount of time. And that always starts from the leaders, which never happened in Nepal.
