no wonder why those people on mental wards are there and why the mentally sick people are walking on the street as a free birds.... because, those who can not bear the sickness around them find salvage on the mental wards, perhaps.... and those who are mentally sicks are strolling freely on the streets looking for preys and make normal people on their way to the place where they were not supposed to belong.... What a joke.....
