As sour as it sounds, but Thugged_Out is right.... Even the Americans know that, and have raised this issue several times, including when they raise the quota for H1B from 65,000 to 115,000...........But the fact is, the Corporate world don't care, as long as their lobbyists are swaying the Senators or Congressmen in their favor.....
