Well guys, healthy discussions are always good. Let's not start throwing garbage to eachother here. What I know about DV system is, USA started DV system to attrack cheap labor from underepresented country. As we know the education system out there is the best in the world and it's not hard to find skilled man-power. What they lack is ...cheap man power for low paying jobs. That's why, they have very few criterion to apply for DV. In constrast, you can give a glance to Candian PR system which has many more critetion to be be qualified to apply for PR because Canada needs skilled labor unlike US. And, regarding the DV winners status in US, it's hard to generalize. Those people who had caliber, are doing good and living a comfortable US life while there are many who are working at gas stations, resturants or store jobs to earn the livelihood. There goes my 2 cents. :)
