I go for chemistry. You should be able to talk, talk, and talk for hours without exhaustion with your partner to be able to lead a firm relationship. That's why intellectual level matters. But since the thread is asking just between looks and body ( I assume it is asking for a short term stand), therefore I think I would go for body.
