"but all japanese i met used to be called sang on the name......" No, it's "san". Japanese people use 'san' after people's name for courtesy. It's similar to 'jee' or 'jyu' in Nepali. And I have the same view as gaalab. Never heard of any Japanese with name 'Toksang'.
