Depends exclusively on the applicant's background -- Can't just say MIT or CMU. Where did he do his BS in Computer Engineering from? How much of the Networking knowledge does he have at this point of time? I'm asking this because Computer Engineering does not focus much of Networking hardcores in its BS in general. Also, having certifications such as CCNA are only the add-ons on the resume and salary; don't help much in the admission process. What about the GRE score? That's where the magic lies on!! UG GPA ... another important factor. After considering all those facts, you would be ready for the right college hunt!!!
