DVD rippers, you can find many kind, just google it. DVD burner is not nero. Nero is to burn data in CD DISCS, not DVD DISCS. To burn DVD, you need the hardware and software. Hardware being the drive you can put your DVD into, just like your CD-RW drive. your software is not going to burn dvd, just because you put DVD in CD drive. Look at your computer properties by (right clicking "my computer" / Hardware tab/ device manager and look under optical drives. if it says DVD-RW then you can burn DVDs, if it says CD-RW/DVD-ROM then you can't.
