you mean you need to copy the files from DVD to your computer! then burn it in a CD. yes, you need a DVD ripper, and they're not free! and even if you found a DVD ripper, and ripped (copied) the components of DISC to Computer, you need a DVD burner to Burn DVD into a DVD CD.
