all the people are hiding in their homes, so no update has been receieved so far about casualties hmmm, it means people of Butwal are not supporting Maoists attacks!! If they had, all people sould have been on the street... but rather they are hiding inside. This is not how you revolt... you revolt action shoudl be able to bring out all the people out on the street, then only it will be successful.
