UTD is going to offer PhD,MS and certificate program in GIS starting this fall.This is the only university in dallas which offers degrees in GIS (as far as i know). If you want to go a little bit north or west you might want to consider University of north texas (denton) and Texas christian university (ft worth) as they both offer many GIS/RS courses suitable for civil engineers,ecologists and environmental scientists.Texas A&M would be the best choice if your undergraduate degree is from four year college in nepal. good luck!
