the person was going to file the citizenship application on april 10th and in between switching jobs. Do you guys think the local Ins would let him apply for citizenship without a plastic green card on his possession? what about switching jobs? Does the local INS office issue some kinda card to prove that the person is legal and authorized to work , while they take thier sweet 1 year to issue a new one? please help...
