Sick and tired of illegal immigrant

No, by no means am I suggesting that all jobs can be outsourced, but rather I am merely implying that outsourcing may save companies bucks. As it is right now, outsourcing is completely legal, while illegal immigration, as the term implies, is illegal. The obvious point that everybody is probably aware of is that corporations that hire illegal immigrants and pay them under the table are indulging in shady practices. No matter how much Americans whine and bitch about outsourcing, the bottomline is that this is a legal practice. Hell, even John Kerry was against completely preventing jobs from being outsourced. We can argue about outsourcing when the government makes it illegal, but till that happens, it is completely clean and arguing for or against it is moot at this point. Now, there are two facts that counters the notion that illegal immigrants are here to make money. 1. As Lou Dobbs pointed out, 33% of illegal immigrants have wound up in jails. 2. Furthermore, a whopping 40% of illegal immigrants are in fact on welfare, according to some estimates I have come across. American tax dollars in fact go to keep these illegals on welfare. So how exactly is that good? Now let's take a conservative approach for a second and assume that 50% of illegal immigrants are in American jails or on welfare(I can wager that the number is much higher than this). Assuming that this is the case, that brings the total manpower to approximately 6 millions(the tally of illegal immigrants ranges from 11-13. I just average the two and divided that number by two to get the total manpower). So that's just 6 million immigrants that are in fact hired by American companies. Given the fact that approximately 5% of Americans are unemployed, it seems obvious to me that kicking out the 11-13 million and replacing them with Americans would work wonders to the American economy. I have read articles that suggest that deporting illegal aliens will not really have an effect on the American economy. This is a debatable issues, but I could probably inundate this board linking to credible sites that suggest that deportation is mainly a one-time nonrecurring charge, so to speak. With the technology that America has, it is very easy to guard the borders, but the government is just pandering to the Hispanic voting block. That's what this whole thing is about. By the way, I agree that India's stock market is in a bubble. I checked some stocks of Indian companies, their prices seem to be out the wazoo. Still there are some good companies with low price to earnings. ALso, I don't think it's hypocritical for America to boot illegals from America given the fact that Americans did not want them here in the first place. Corporations and American individuals are two different entities. Will check this discussion out later on.
