Obviously not the people... The country has already been taken by TWO mad dogs with fewer more mercenaries guarding them; each of them enjoyin the self-created sunshine, putting the ordinary people on the shadow of dark clouds. May be they waiting for the worst of the downpour to sweep away the ordinary Nepalese but wiat, the worst day as these Dogs must have fancied has not come.....I see the silver lining. Do u?
