purush, act normal.show interest in her conversation. u guys could perhaps go to a movie and then to the chinese restaurant.this way u could discuss about the movie if there ain't anything else to talk abt. i don't think trying to be cool is good. girls willl like someone no matter how they are from the first date. also you'll know if she has interest in you or not after your date.for eg. she would call u and make plans for the second meeting.but if she doesn't call u or makes some excuses when it comes to meeting you then know that she's not interested . good luck
