nevermind, i am not sure u know much about IIT. Nepalese can give GATE exam and join ME program of IIT. I am not sure but i think they give stipend fro ME students, and not hav to pay for tuition fee (if joined through GATE exam). Ani about US or IIT for MS..that depend on ur long term plan i guess. If u want to work in US , join US univ..but not jpt (say top 100 wud be better). If u had asked abt BE then i would hav said study in IIT unless u got admission in top 10 univ in US though.
