It might help if there are few other persons working in the same or similar position with a Bachelors' degree. For example, Registered Nurse can be Associate Degree + RN License or BSN degree + RN License. I have seen BSN Nurses approved for H1B based on the employer preferences. However, for the RNs and Physical Therapists, they will approve as soon as candiate has met minimum paper requirement.
