Icanfly : Yes customer service is another area we lack but I was surprised during a recent visit to nepal to see that there is at least a some degree of customer service being infilterated to the nepalese businesses. I bought some hours of internet service from an ISP firm called WebSurfer (www.websurfer.com.np and their service and customer service were amazing. Looking at it's "About us" page, I found that the parent company is based in UK. May be they were trained to be like that. But I was surprised. Regular shopkeepers don't care if you just stand there.
