Well if your XP Pro works perfectly then there are 2 options 1) In order to remove XP Home completely keeping your other files (outside /windows folder) safe you could choose it while installing the XP Pro. It lets you to select the drive and if it detects /windows folder will ask you if it should over ride the folder, Select yes and your Home edition will be over written by Pro. 2) If you dont want to go through all the hassle and just want to hide the home/Pro selection screen then Log in the Pro edition Right Click the My Computers Icon and go to Properties In the Advanced Tab there is Startup and Recovery Settings Button, click it In System Startup Default operating system select the Pro Os Uncheck the Time to display the list of OS Click OK and Ok again.
