In this matter... It is hard to tell wether Bagle is telling right or Bluffing? Because in Nepali Police..... To become upto Sub-inspector rank... majority you should have to all kinds of corruption, obey crimes and corruption or have done crimes and corruption. He had some guilty... or connection of corruption.... Maybe he just made dissapear GOLD which he did not returned. I do not judge who has carried more wrong act - either Bagle or Police department?
