lil silenze... how old r u???? i bet 50 on u being juss 12..... take ur lame ass PG jokes and leave... heres the real verson ... this guy went to the doc... his problem was he had 5 balls.... doc: waaaaaaaaasupppppp???? wut da problem is???? guy: I m aight ...but i gots 5 in da sac and dats my problem....every where i go people shout paanch gede aayo paanch gede aayo... so after few minutes of conversation the doc agrees to remove 1 ball out... so after surgery the guy feels better and leaves... as soon as he gets out the hospital people start to yell char gede aayo char gede aayo... he walks back in .. and similarly like before the doc removes 1 more ball... guy gets better ...yad ayada yada... walks outta the hospital... again everyone shouts teen gede aayo teen gede aayo... goes back in .. explains to doc... surgery again ..but only this time due to an infection doc had to remove 2 balls... so only one remains... this guy gets better.. walks outta the hospital ... as soon as he gets out people start yelling again... but only this time they say... Lil_SilenZe AAYo...Lil_SilenZe aayo...
