Dear country men can you tell me if there is Birthright in USA? The Citizenship Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment states that U.S. citizens are all persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof. The case: A Nepali woman travels to US on a visitor ( nonimmigrant) visa and gives birth on US Soil now will the child automatically gets a US citizenship? And what about the visitor Mother will she also garnted a residency permit? Please put some light on this matter. Thanku.
