Hi, Well I know one of my friend who got the H1-B VISA stamped from Canada. But just to be in a safer side...he also hired a lawyer there and paid $1000 so that there is less chances that your H1-B would be denied. So may be this is something you could think of doing rather than going all the way to Nepal.
