Has anyone been successful in applying and actually getting h1b1 visa stamp from US consulates in Canada, especially in Vancouver, BC? Do they process third country application? My h1b1 is expired, but I have approval notice good through next year, and need to travel to Canada to attend a conference and return back to US. What are my options in securing a h1b1 stamp in my passport without needing to travel all the way to ktm to apply from there??
