Tulsi Giri, speaking at the general convention of the Federation of National Journalists, organization of pro-king journalists on Thursday in Ktm said the constitutionality of the use of Article 127 of the Constitution could be interpreted by the parliament only. I want to remind you Dr. Giri that you are not the only one fellow, who has studied this constitution and you are no body to explain its meaning. According to the constitution of Nepal 2047BS, Supreme Court has all the authority to explain the meaning of current constitution and Supreme Court did exactly the same. Instead Dr. Giri, thanks to the Nepali people and political parties that they didn't have notice that Supreme Court's decision has also ended the King's authorities to form "Royal government". Because Supreme Court in its decision has clearly said that according to the constitute of Nepal 2047BS, people are the true ruler of this country not the king, so Royal authority "Rajikaya Satta" is no longer in king's hand and the RCCC he has formed can't get legality, and than RCCC was dissolved.
