He might do whatever, but to bring out a cheap conspiracy theory that what Baburam wrote grieving about his mother is for publicity, is even cheaper. Read the article again- he's never this emotional when he writes- if you haven't already read his papers and press releases- Prachanda takes care of the emotional part mostly, and I do admire Baburam for his knowledge, although he put it to an obsolete practice. In any case, its like saying Dipendra killed his parents because he couldnt marry the girl he wanted. I don't think Baburam is ideologically that dirty to use his (dead) mother's image for publicity stunt.
