I have a relative who is an outstanding student in Nepal and has just finished his 12th grade. He wants to pursue undergraduate studies (in Biology or Bioinformatics) in the US. But he needs a scholarship (either full or partial). Can anyone suggest a few colleges/universites (or websites with info) in the US that offer scholarships to outstanding foreign undergraduate students?
