I love steak.... Porterhouse to be particular because it contains both fillet mignon and tenderloin... marinated only with coarse salt and fresh black pepper... medium cooked... served with melting butter on top... some veggies and loaded baked potato... hmmmmmm YUMMY!! So, yeah, I eat beef. I admire folks who don't, only those who are health conscious and choose to avoid red meat. I further admire vegetarians who are so on moral grounds. I wish I could be like them, but I love to eat meat.
