I meant to say what time of the day is your boss going to be there but anyway Singapore is so well connected by buses,MRT and LRT that you can almost go back and forth or round Singapore few times in 7hours. 7 hours is plenty of time to go around, defenitely !!! Enjoy the food and buy plenty of electronic stuff ( if you are gardet freak like me ) Cheers !!!
